MISSION STATEMENT:
It is our mission to support the Naples Police Department through education, information, networking, community service and volunteerism.
Education: To assist in promoting a high-quality citizen police academy in the City of Naples; to stimulate education in the practices and procedures of the Naples Police Department; to foster interaction with other community support.
Information: To increase public awareness and police/community rapport.
Networking: To develop closer contact among citizen police academy graduates.
Community Service/Volunteerism: To support the volunteer and community service efforts of the Naples Police Department.
GOALS / OBJECTIVES:
- Be Goodwill Ambassadors in making Naples a better place to live.
- Inform the community and promote awareness and understanding.

Support the Naples Police Department’s community activities and encourage volunteers.

Support the Citizens Police Academy and encourage graduates to be involved in the Naples Police Department Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association.

The Alumni Association will be financially independent of the Naples Police Department; funding will be made by member contributions and/or giving.

The Alumni Association is not a political action body for police concerns, nor in any manner will its members reach out to local press for police related concerns.

Aspire to hold an annual event for socializing and keeping abreast of Naples Police Department innovations.

Aspire to become an “all-volunteer force” that could be utilized by Naples Police Department and the City of Naples as voluntary personnel for acute community needs.
