As the public records custodian for the City of Naples, the City Clerk manages all public records requests as provided for in State Statute and pursuant to the City's Public Records Policy. Such a request is not required to be in writing, nor is the requestor required to provide their name or an explanation as to why the request is being made.

LIEN SEARCHES OR ESTOPPEL REQUEST
Orange Lien Data, previously FRSData LLC handles all requests for municipal lien searches or estoppel requests for the City of Naples. A fee of $12.50 for each request will be collected in advance. All lien requests/estoppel requests will be directed to Orange Len Data at https://order.orangelien.com then you will be able to submit a request electronically. The Orange Len data site is operational 24 hours a day.
NOTE: If you closing date changes, it is important to advise Orange Lien Data. We will be reading the meter on that date in preparation to transfer the account when the paperwork and payment are received.
