Environmental Permitting

We aim to protect public health and safety, and the environment by issuing permits according to regulations enacted by the city. These regulations are compiled in the Municipal Code and cover construction activities on the gulf, bay, canals, lake shores, and more. Note: other city, state and/or federal permits may also be required for these activities.
