Stormwater Ordinance Changes
From 2020 through 2021 the City of Naples’ Streets and Stormwater Department presented changes to the Code of Ordinances that affected on-site stormwater management systems. The first reading took place at the City Council meeting on Wednesday, May 5, 2021. The second reading took place on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at the Regular City Council meeting. The changes to the Code of Ordinances were adopted at the second reading as Ordinance 2021-14654. The Ordinance was effective July 15, 2021.
