Orange Lien Data, previously FRSData LLC handles all requests for municipal lien searches or estoppel requests for the City of Naples. A fee of $12.50 for each request will be collected in advance. You All lien requests/estoppel requests will be directed to Orange Lien Data at https://order.orangelien.com. then you will be able to submit a request electronically. The Orange Lien Data site is operational 24 hours a day.

NOTE: If the closing date changes, it is important to advise Orange Lien Data. We will be reading the meter on that date in preparation to transfer the account when the paperwork and payment are received.
