Solid Waste

The City of Naples Solid Waste Division is responsible for the collection and disposal of commercial, residential, horticultural and recyclable material. We collect residential waste from 5,739 single-family homes and 10,363 multi-family units. Commercial waste is collected from 646 commercial customers and 466 condominiums.

We believe the residents and commercial enterprises within the City of Naples deserve the best waste collection available, at a fair cost to the taxpayers. We provide such additional service as side-door collection and special pickups to meet the needs of our customers. Holiday Collections

The City of Naples collects solid waste on all holidays except for New Year's Day, July Fourth, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. If your normal collection day is on one of those holidays, we will pick up your waste the following day.

Collection Times

All refuse, recycling, and horticultural waste must be ready for pickup by 7:00 am the day of pickup. Recycling containers may not remain empty by the street more than 24 hours after pickup.
