Login to Citizen Self-Service

Citizen Self-Service gives residents web-based access to services and information.  Access is gained by creating a login and then customizing the login by linking the resident's account information to the login.  

Citizens can see all of their City accounts using one login.

Once linked and logged in,  citizens can update their address, email address, and phone number or add bank draft information for automatic payment.  In addition, to these functions, a customer can view or pay various bills and invoices with a credit card or e-check.  
 

 

Parking Tickets

Enter the ticket number OR vehicle license tag number and state when trying to pay the parking ticket.  If you enter all of the fields, the system can not locate your ticket.

Business Tax Receipts

First-time users will need to register by clicking on the blue REGISTER link to the left of the Login button.

This process will take a few moments.  Next, the system will prompt for the Account ID or bill number.  One can look up their account by using the address.  All businesses listed at this address will appear.  If you enter all of the fields, the system can not locate your invoice.

General Billing

First-time users will need to register by clicking on the blue REGISTER link to the left of the Login.  This process will take a few moments and ask for the Customer Number.

Utility Billing

First-time users will need to register by clicking on the blue REGISTER link to the left of the login button.  After the login has been created the Utility account needs to be linked to the customer's login.

From the Account Settings screen scroll down to the Utility Billing Accounts subsection.  To the right of the subtitle in blue are the words link to account.  Click on this link and enter the account ID and Customer ID.   Both items are listed on the customer's utility bill.
