CERTIFICATE OF COUNTY CANVASSING BOARD
MAYOR AND NEWLY ELECTED COUNCIL MEMBERS OATH OF OFFICE
Pursuant to sec.13.1(a) the city charter, regular municipal elections shall be on the first Tuesday of February of each even-numbered year, except in years that are a multiple of four at which time the regular municipal election will be held on the same day as the state of Florida presidential preference primary.

CAMPAIGN TREASURER’S REPORTING DATES
Campaign treasurer’s reports must be filed no later than 5:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, on or by the report’s designated due date. Campaign treasurer’s reports shall be filed at designated intervals as indicated on the election calendar. Reports shall be filed with the Naples City Clerk’s Office.
City of Naples filing fee: $25.00, Charter Sec. 13.4
State of Florida filing fee: COUNCIL ($436.00) | MAYOR ($548.00)
Fla. Stat. §99.093(1) - 1% of annual salary at time of qualifying.

Once the City Clerk receives your report it becomes a public record. It will be posted on our website and will be available for inspection. The function of the City Clerk regarding your reports is ministerial. We will examine your report for completeness, but not necessarily correctness. We are not the elections police. Errors in your reporting, like other campaign violations, are the province of the Florida Elections Commission.
