The Florida Public Records Law Chapter 119 is designed to give the public access to records in the possession of public agencies.

668.6076 Public records status of e-mail addresses; agency website notice. Under Florida law, e-mail addresses are public records. If you do not want your e-mail address released in response to a public records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead, contact this office by phone, in writing, or in person.
