Design Walk Pilot Project
On October 12, 2023, the CRA approved an agreement with DPZ CoDesign in the amount of $155,000 to prepare a final design and bid package for the design walk pilot project located west of 10th Street and between 1st Avenue South and Central Avenue.
Funding for the project is within the CRA budget FY 2023-24 CIP 24C04 Naples Design District Improvements.
DPZ CoDesign preparing designs with property owner input for the block between Central Avenue and 1st Ave South. The next step will be a presentation to the CRA at their August meeting.
