On October 12, 2023, the CRA approved an agreement with the City of Naples and CBRE, Inc., for professional real estate services to optimize its property portfolio, secure properties for public/private housing development that is affordable and achieve other purposes as may be identified by the City Council or Community Redevelopment Agency.

CBRE, Inc. continues to monitor land acquisition opportunities and staff meets with property owners interested in developing affordable housing. As opportunities develop, they are considered by the CRA.
