The Community Services Department is currently in the process of updating the Master Plan. The Kick-Off Meeting & Initial Site Visit, as well as the Existing Conditions & Inventory of Parks System Assets and Programs have been completed. We are currently on the "Needs Assessment" portion of the Master Plan.

The first Master Plan Open House will be on Thursday, January 29, 2026 from 5:00pm-8:00pm. The open house will be held at the Eva-Sugden Gomez Center located at Baker Park (50 Riverside Circle Naples, FL 34102).
