Replace existing damaged seawalls at the beach ends in front of the Coastal Construction Control Line (CCCL) located at North Lake Drive, 14th Avenue South, and 16th Avenue South and construct new walls at 3rd Avenue South and 15th Avenue South where none currently exist.
