List of City-Owned Property Appropriate for Affordable Housing
Per Florida Statutes Section 125.379, below is a list of the parcel(s) owned by the City of Naples that may be appropriate for the development of affordable housing. If you are interested in developing affordable housing, please start by contacting the Planning Department at (239) 213-1050, or by email at Planningemail@naplesgov.com to determine whether your proposal is appropriate depending on the type and degree of redevelopment. To determine the appropriate process for development, a pre-application meeting is required with Planning Department staff.
Please note that the conveyance or sale of any property listed here is at the sole discretion of the City of Naples Council. The list was approved by the City Council on January 11, 2025.

Pursuant to Section 166. 0451 (7)(e), Florida Statutes, the following procedures and expectations for administrative approval of affordable housing developed under CS/SB328 “Live Local Act” shall be applied:
The R3-12 Multifamily District development standards shall be applied to affordable housing development proposed under the Live Local Act, and such projects shall be submitted and reviewed administratively through the Site Plan process provided in Section 46-33 of the Code of Ordinances.
