Description

Beginning Monday, September 15, 2025, the City of Naples and Pavement Maintenance Inc. will mill and resurface the city roadways listed below. The work is tentatively scheduled to be completed in five (5) business days per area, weather permitting. Pavement Maintenance Inc. will start in the Park Shore Area and work their way through the Moorings area, Old Naples area, and finish in the Port Royal and Royal Harbor Areas. 

Park Shore Area - September 15-19

  • Whispering Pine – From Crayton Rd to West Blvd - 1 Day Milling, 1 Day Paving
  • Neapolitan Lane – From Neapolitan Way to Belair Lane - 1 Day Milling, 1 Day Paving
  • Old Trail Way – From Old Trail Dr to Terminus - 2 Days Milling, 2 Days Paving
     

Moorings Area - September 22-26:

  • Regatta Road – From Harbour Dr to Anchor Rode Dr - 2 Days Milling, 2 Days Paving
  • Bollard Place – From Crayton Rd to Terminus - 1 Day Milling, 1 Day Paving
  • Coral Drive – From Murex Ln to Mandarin Rd - 1 Day Milling, 1 Day Paving
  • Broad Avenue North – From 3rd St N to Palm Cir W - 1 Day Milling, 1 Day Paving


Old Naples Area - September 29 - October 3:

  • 6th Lane North – From 10th St N to 12th St N - 1 Day Milling, 1 Day Paving
  • 7th Avenue South – From E Lake Dr to Park St - 1 Day Milling, 1 Day Paving
  • 4th Street South – From 14th Ave S to 8th Ave S - 2 Days Milling, 2 Days Paving
  • Shell Alley – From Gulf Shore Blvd S to Gordon Dr - 1 Day Milling, 1 Day Paving
     

Port Royal and Royal Harbor areas - October 6-17:

  • Cutlass Lane – From Gordon Dr to Terminus - 2 Days Milling, 2 Days Paving
  • Cove Lane – From Gordon Dr to Terminus - 1 Day Milling, 1 Day Paving
  • Tarpon Road – From Marlin Dr to Terminus - 4 Days Milling, 4 Days Paving

Traffic control and warning signs will be installed in the work zone. Most of the work will impact vehicular traffic; however, one lane will remain accessible, using flagmen to direct traffic.

Motorists, bicyclists, and pedestrians should be alert for construction workers and equipment in and around the roadway. They are encouraged to allow additional time in their schedule for potential delays. Resident cooperation and patience are appreciated during this process.
