The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to create a library of high quality pre- qualified vendors for projects related to the scope of work below.
No amount of work is or will be guaranteed or implied. The contract(s) to be awarded under this RFP will be annual contracts that will be utilized for projects up to $200,000.00 per project and will consist of projects such as but not limited to new projects, repairs, replacement, and maintenance tasks as budgeted within a department’s adopted annual budget. As such, no compensation will accrue to the CONTRACTOR unless and until the contract(s) awarded are utilized by the issuance of a City of Naples Purchase Order. Potential CONTRACTORS are solely responsible for their own costs of developing the proposal associated with this RFP.
