Pressure washing may include buildings, all vertical and horizontal surfaces, including any roofs, sidewalks, canopies, pavilions, bleachers, benches, exterior sports surfaces i.e. basketball courts, tennis courts. Unit prices shall be inclusive for any and all equipment and labor needed for pressure washing including but not limited to ladders, hi-lifts, truck, hoses and chemicals. There is no minimum square footage for any pressure cleaning for the City of Naples facilities.
