Provide all labor, materials, equipment and incidents required to prepare the site to final grade, install irrigation, landscape trees/palms, and plants in accordance with the plans and as specified. These specifications are inclusive of a required guarantee, replacements, clean-up, and maintenance of traffic, all of which shall be included in the unit bid price for each project.
