15-023 Cove Stormwater Pump Station OUtfall Improvement and Water Quality Projects-Professional Services RFP

he City of Naples is seeking Proposals from experienced, professional engineering firms to assist with an important project that will restore conditions for stormwater discharge and water quality that will require bathymetric and upland surveying, biological assessment, engineering, design, and permitting services.  Subsequent to a complete design with all necessary permits, the firm will be asked to assist with the publicly advertised bidding process to hire a qualified company to complete construction.  The firm may be asked to provide construction engineering and inspection services to oversee the project and the construction company throughout construction and certify to permitting agencies that construction was completed as permitted.
