Remove existing Head Pin at Doctors Pass and install a new one with the following specifications: The existing Head Pin is a steal beam 13" X 15" and 21 /2" thick. The new beam will be of equal or greater in size. Minimum height MLW is 15'. Replace both Octagon marker signs facing east and west, red and white, D and P, with new ones. Install a ladder to the light platform with a minimum of 8 rungs. Install a new heavy duty solar powered white navigational light. Photos are attached of the existing Head Pin.
