1st Avenue South, 12th Avenue South and 10th Street Corridor Design

On August 18, 2023, the CRA approved an agreement with Q. Grady Minor in the amount of $921,201.50 for streetscape, mobility, parking, utility and stormwater design, permitting and bidding services for the following street segments:

• 1^st Avenue South from Goodlette Frank Road to 8^th Street;
• 12^th Street South from 1^st Avenue South to Central Avenue; and
• 10^th Street from 7^th Avenue North to 5^th Avenue South.

This project is a partnership with the City of Naples. The CRA is contributing $400,000 for improvements above ground and the City of Naples is contributing funds of $521,201 for improvements underground including stormwater and utilities design.

Currently, there are multiple streetscape design concepts under review by staff with a public workshop to be scheduled in April, 2024. Afterwards there will be a 30 percent design review in May's CRAAB meeting and CRA's June meeting.
