20-027 CDBG River Park - 12th Street Sidewalk Connection - ITB

The following Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to obtain the services of a qualified and licensed contractor to install approximately 375 LF of 8-foot-wide sidewalk connecting 3rd Avenue North to the northern edge of 1111 Central Avenue. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to accomplish the necessary work. The Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under their CDBG Entitlement program has allocated funding to the City of Naples. This funding supports several improvements to the project area. NOTE: This project is funded through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and all aspects of the project must conform to the U.S, HUD standards and requirements including Davis Bacon Wage Determinations and Section 3 Certification.
