PURPOSE
The City of Naples Human Resources office is responsible for coordinating a broad range of occupational medical services. The City's occupational medical program is designed to minimize liability for the City, ensure the proper placement of applicants and employees relative to their physical capabilities, and promote the health and wellbeing of employees.
The purpose of this request for proposal is to select an occupational medical provider who can deliver professional occupational medical services through licensed physician(s) that possess all required physician (or facility) certifications and qualifications for providing a broad range of occupational health services.
