The City of Naples (City) is seeking Proposals for a contractor to implement its Program for Horticultural Materials or Yard Waste Collection and Disposal Service (the Service). The City will enter into one Agreement with a single vendor (Contractor) to provide the Service described in this Request for Proposal. The Contractor will be responsible for the complete delivery of the required Services.
