Beach Parking Rules
All of the parking areas have signs to assist visitors in understanding the parking rules.
Most importantly, if the beach end has a Beach Parking by Resident Only sign, DO NOT PARK THERE if you are a non-resident of Collier County and do not have a Beach Parking Permit in the windshield of your vehicle.
Beach Parking Rules:
- Please Help Keep Your Beach Clean– No Littering.
- No glass, animals, or fires allowed on the beach.
- All parking spaces require a payment or Beach Parking Permit.
- Park in Marked Spaces Only
- NO Parking 11 pm to 5 am.
- No parking of trailers, trucks, recreational vehicles or buses within one block of the beach.
- Violators will be towed at owner’s expense.

Beach Parking With a Handicap Sticker
Any disability permit holder may park at any space without payment, in accordance with Florida Statute 316.1964. The only requirement is that the permit holder is driving or being transported. A disability permit does NOT allow parking in a bus loading zone, fire zone, handicapped access aisles, any areas posted as no parking zones, or parking in excess of the posted time limit. Also, no parking is allowed at any metered beach parking space between 11 p.m. to 5 a.m.
Parking Meter Payment
- $4.00 per hour
- A MINIMUM PAYMENT of $2.00 is required.
- Pay Stations accept quarters and Master Card, Discover, American Express and Visa.
- Extend-by-Phone:
- The pay stations at the Naples Pier offer Extend-by-Phone. Extend-by-Phone service allows consumers to receive text message notifications for parking expirations. By replying properly to this text, parking customers can fund additional minutes for extended parking.
- Extend-by-Phone does not require a user account. Extend-by-Phone is compatible with virtually all mobile phones and delivers value for both consumers and parking operators.

Parking Ticket Fines
The fine for a violation of beach parking rules is $102, if paid within 10 days the parking ticket is $77.00. The fine is $252 for violations of parking restrictions for those with disabilities (handicapped parking restrictions).

Please note: Unpaid citations may result in denial of vehicle registration renewal and possible immobilization or towing of the vehicle. Unpaid tickets may be sent to collections, thereby negatively affecting credit rating.
