City of Naples Solid Waste Division

City of Naples Solid Waste DivisionThe City of Naples Solid Waste Division is responsible for collection and disposal of commercial, residential, horticultural and recycling materials. We collect residential waste from 5,739 single-family homes and 10,363 multi-family units. Commercial waste is collected from 646 commercial customers and 466 condominiums.

You can reach us by phone at 239-213-4700, by fax at 239-213-4775, or stop in at our office at 50 Riverside Circle. We're the first building on the right when you turn off of Goodlette at the Central Avenue/Riverside Circle light. Call us for special pickups or other issues with your solid waste and recycling.

We believe the residents and commercial enterprises within the City of Naples deserve the best waste collection available, at a fair cost to the taxpayers. We provide such additional service as front-door collection and special pickups to meet the needs of our customers. We welcome your comments, good or bad, and suggestions on how we can improve our service to you. Feel free to contact us at any time.

Holiday Collections

The City of Naples collects solid waste on all holidays except for July 4th, Christmas, and Thanksgiving. If your normal collection day is on one of those holidays, we will pick up your waste the following day.

Mission Statement

"Solid Waste staff members are personally committed to providing superior service to our residents and businesses. We will accomplish this through employee training programs, enhancing productivity, increasing recycling tonnages and enhancing communications with our subcontractors. Ultimately, this will result in better collection methods."
