City of Naples Public Works Department The City of Naples Public Works department includes water and wastewater distribution, solid waste collection, storm water management and all water and wastewater treatment facilities. Our main building is located at 380 Riverside Circle, across from the Emergency Services building. You can reach us by phone at 239-213-4745 or by fax at 239-213-4799. The Department has a total of 3 divisions, 11 sections, 134 authorized positions, and a total budget of $27,217,543. Utilities Division – Water Distribution, Wastewater Collections, Water Treatment, Wastewater Treatment, Utility Maintenance, Storm Water Management. Solid Waste Division – S.W. Administration, Commercial, Residential, Horticultural, Recycling. Current Goal - Public involvement, participation and education in stormwater management under the Phase II NPDES Permit.
