Welcome to the City of Naples Citizen Request Tracking system. Using this system, you can enter a request for city services and track the status of that request until completion. When you enter the system for the first time, you must set up an account and PIN for access. Simply click on the New User button to begin the process.

County Residents

This system is for reporting issues within the City of Naples or water and sewer issues in areas of the county served by city water and sewer. While we sympathize with problems that may exist in the county, we cannot help solve any of them for you. You will need to contact Collier County for help. You can find contact information at their web site, www.colliergov.net.

Code Red Emergency Notification

With hurricane season approaching, we encourage all residents, businesses and property owners in the City of Naples to register on the city's Code Red emergency notification system. By registering your phone number, you make yourself reachable for automated emergency phone calls alerting you to emergencies affecting your area, including evacuation information. There is no cost to register and you may register multiple phone numbers, such as home, office and cell, to ensure you can be reached wherever you may be.
