Development Review Process
There are several processes for development review that may be required depending on the type and degree of development or redevelopment proposed within the City of Naples. To determine the appropriate processes for a development, a pre-application meeting is required with Planning Department staff. A pre-submittal conference should also be scheduled prior to submitting application packages to insure that all required materials are included. Packages will not be considered officially accepted until staff has confirmed that the packages are complete. Applications and materials lists are available on the Planning Applications/Permits web page. Click here for more information.
The City of Naples charges a fee for zoning confirmation letters of $100 for the first hour and $50 for each hour thereafter to cover staff costs in preparing these letters. There will be no charge for zoning information provided in person, on the phone or for email responses that do not require extensive research. No fee is required for faxed requests that require staff to fill in information, such as required setbacks, for a given address. Click here for more information.
