Aquatic Center

 The River Park Aquatic Center will close during inclement weather such as thunder and lightning, extreme rain.  If the daily forecast high temperature is under 60 degrees the center will not open that day.  Please call River Park Aquatic Center (239)213-3040 or River Park Community Center (239) 213-3037, to check on operational status.

Hours of Operation
 now through January 16, 2015:

Monday - Saturday, 10:00AM - 5:00Pm and Sunday 12:00 - 5:00PM.  
For lap swimmers only: in addition to regular hours we are also open Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:30 - 10:00AM and from 5:00 - 5:30PM.  
Nov-Dec 19: No lap lanes available 3:45-515PM, Mondays, Tuesdays & Fridays
CLOSURES:
Tuesdays, through December 16th.
Early, 3PM: 12/24/14 & 12/31/14 , Closed: Thanksgiving Day, 11/27/14, Christmas Day, 12/25/14 and New Year's Day, 1/1/15
  Annual January maintenance closure: Wednesday, 1/7/15 - Friday, 1/16/15 

Group Reservations
Groups larger than 10 in number must contact the facility in advance to ensure adequate lifeguard coverage.  One adult may supervise up to 6 children at one time.

    Learn to SWIM Classes for Children -
            Fall classes have wrapped up, please call to be placed on an interest list-you will be contacted when more classes are scheduled.
    The River Park Aquatic Center offers an exciting collection of swim courses designed to promote healthy lifestyle and develop lifetime skills: Enroll your child in swim lessons-weekday evenings or Saturday mornings-and have them be a part of the 2 million people that learn to swim each year! All of our instructors are certified Water Safety Instructors and they love what they do! For more information and a class schedule please contact us at 239-213-3040.

    SWIM Classes for Adults
    Calling all adults from non-swimmers to triathletes, here is your chance to learn or develop your skills further in this great sport. This is a no pressure environment where the instructors allow you to learn at your own pace. All instructors are certified Water Safety Instructors and enjoy teaching. They have fun ways to ease you into the water and help overcome yor fear. Join us at the River Park Aquatic Center for a fun time in the sun while learning to swim. Classes offered by registration only.

    Wondering what to do for your child's next birthday? Contact our staff at the River Park Aquatic Center, 239-213-3040, to schedule a pool party with a "splash".

    Lifeguard Certification
    Becoming a certified lifeguard is a fun way to interact with and educate others on water safety. Lifeguard, CPR/AED and First Aid certifications, included, are good for two (2) years, allowing you to work any where in the state or country. All individuals must be 15 years of age or older to become certified. 

    We must have six (6) candidates before a class can be offered, so if you would like to become a lifeguard please call us today to put your name on the list.  Call 239-213-3040 for more details.
