Memorial Program
About the Memorial Program
This program provides citizens with a unique way to adopt a park amenity to memorialize a loved one or to celebrate a special occasion. We have several different options to choose from to commemorate your cherished memory.

Memorial & Pricing Information
The following two memorials include an 8"x3" cast bronze plaque:
 Memorial Type  Fee  Miscellaneous Info
 Picnic Table  $1,000 Adopt only - from pre-existing locations
 Living Tree  $1,600  Adopt only - from pre-existing trees

The following memorials include a 1"x7" cast bronze plaque:
 Memorial Type  Fee  Miscellaneous Info
 Name Plate - Lowdermilk Park  $364  Name plate installed on wall plaque
 Name Plate - Naples Pier  $364  Name plate installed on wall plaque

Please fill out the Memorial Application on our Forms Page.  You may submit them to the Community Services Department located at 280 Riverside Cir, Naples, FL 34102.

Time Frame for Plaque Design/Installation
A cast bronze plaque is usually ready within 6-8 weeks from the order date.

Donations

From time to time, citizens may want to have family and friends make donations to a particular area of our memorial program in honor of their loved one who has passed. The donations are used for upkeep of the memorial tables, wall plaques, and living memorial trees.

Donations can be made in any amount (please mark in memo field which memorial type you are donating to), made payable to "City of Naples", and mailed to:
