Previous Positions: Retired from the City of Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue Department (FLFD) after over twenty one years of service (April 1994-Sept 2015). Positions held include: Acting Battalion Chief, Captain Operations Division, Captain Emergency Medical Services Bureau Administrative Division, Acting EMS Supervisor Operations Division, Lieutenant Operations Division, Driver-Engineer Operations Division, Field Training Officer Operations Division, and Firefighter Operations Division. Served as a Field Paramedic for Broward County Emergency Medical Services (BCEMS) from June 1988-April 1994.
Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University. Graduated Summa Cum Laude and received the Outstanding Graduate Award for the MacArthur School of Leadership at Palm Beach Atlantic University.
