Construction Management Department

In late 2003, the City of Naples created the Construction Management Department to manage large construction projects for the city. These projects are part of the city's Capital Improvement Plan, and involve many city departments. The consolidation of all these large projects under one management group will provide increased oversight and accountability for these projects, and should reduce overall costs to taxpayers by providing tighter control over each project.
