The City of Naples has adopted the DotNetNuke framework for developing this web site.  Development is done entirely in-house and the framework allows our staff to provide an effective web site with minimal expense.  The use of third party modules for the framework has made development and maintenance easier on our limited staff and the responsibility for content has moved to the individual departments that provide the content rather than the limited Technology Services staff.
