Handicap Beach Access
The City of Naples provides handicap beach access at a number of beach ends, the City Pier and at Lowdermilk Park. Lowdermilk Park also has beach wheelchairs available.

Collier County Taxpayers - Includes City of Naples

Collier County taxpayers are eligible to receive a permit to park at all City of Naples and Collier County beaches free of charge.

Effective June 1, 2010, Collier County Beach Parking Permits will no longer be available in Naples City Hall.  Individuals with property outside the city limits of the City of Naples will be able to obtain a Collier County Beach Parking Permit at any of the Collier County Community Parks including the Freedom Memorial Park on Golden Gate Parkway.  The Collier County Public Library at 650 Central Avenue will also have Collier County Beach permits for County residents and non-residents. 

Individuals with property inside the City of Naples may continue to obtain City of Naples Beach Parking Permits at City Hall.  City Beach Parking Permits are valid at any City and County beach where beach permits are accepted.  If you have any questions about City Beach Parking Permits, you may email the City at finance@naplesgov.com

Beach parking permits must be firmly affixed to the inside of the windshield in the lower corner of the driver's side of the vehicle.  They are not transferable.  Vehicles with valid beach permits may park free of charge in metered spaces at City and County beaches, beach ends of City streets, and in any space designated as requiring a beach permit.
